um I wouldn't eat that even if it were $10... eating gold and diamonds.. come on now... diamonds don't belong in food... If I were to eat that I would think about where that gold is and what it is doing inside me... I think they had martinis with diamonds in them a few years back... I just said WTF I'll have that same drink without the diamonds thank you very much.

The diamond is for decoration, you don't eat it  It's yours to keep. The gold i assume think is gold leaf which is edible, i've eaten gold leaf before in the bottom of some posh spirits i had as a gift once. It doesn't harm you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_leaf |
