For all she knew, it could have just been another woman coming in to use the facilities. And if this lad did look mature for his age, she would have had no reason to suspect that the woman coming in with him was his mother. For all we know, he might not have been talking to his mother at the moment he entered the room, in which case she wouldn't have even known that he was with anyone but himself. I'm not condoning her behaviour, just pointing out the fact that none of us here know the facts and that anything could have happened. |
