I finally found the video; thanks dmander for the link to Parents Behaving Badly. I saw this on the news a couple days ago. I'm all about the green, but this seriously pissed me off.

An Oklahoma mother will spend the next ten years in prison for letting another adult blow marijuana smoke in her child's face...and it was caught on camera.

Prosecutors in Caddo County say this video shot last year shows a woman blowing marijuana smoke into the mouth of a seven-year-old boy, who has downs syndrome. Investigators say the mother, Caroline Beavers, sat watching nearby.

Workers at an electronics store notified police last April after finding this video on a computer that had been repossessed.

Beavers was arrested and charged with one felony count of enabling child abuse. She was sentenced Friday to ten years in prison.

Prosecutors say the woman who blew the smoke, Brandy Hugar, has pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing.

Ten years sounds like too long, tho. I would have been happy with her just losing parental rights.

Eh, I don't really care what happens to her, but there is a huge difference between classes and I can't imagine someone who could afford a lawyer getting ten years for that. Also, it seems that more people than her should be going to jail as well, I saw other adults who did nothing to stop her.

It just made me sad.When the bitch leaned in to blow the smoke, Lil dude thought she wanted a hug, and put his little arms around her.FUCK THAT BITCH.All of them.I have a 7-yr old son.Maybe that's why it affected me so much.But that's how I feel.
