I doubt we'd call for her head. It is trespassing, home invasion, assault and would be considered self defense, in my opinion, not to mention traumatizing a baby! I think Zimmerman could have stayed out of the news and simply driven home. As an adult, he should have known better! Common sense, although most criminals don't have it, would tell me if I had a car and a person was on foot and I thought he/she, "was suspicious and up to something," I'd get in and drive away ASAP! I wouldn't provoke him or her  The 911 operators knew Zimmerman and told him not to follow the boy/guy! He was looking for a fight! Had he shot the above guy, he would have been a hero! |

Why is he cutting through a gated community? I don't care what color you are, I pay extra to stay safe and to keep my neighbors in and strangers out. That's the perk of a gated community. No one but Travon and Geo truly knows what happened. The star witness is a piece of shit who already used racial slurs - but that's ok right? She doesn't know better. Bullshit.

A cracker is a term supposedly started by black slaves who were whipped by their white owners. Person cracking the whip is, therefore, the cracker! The, "witness," said Martin used it the same as saying, "some guy." If I, as a honky, used the word, "******," for, "some guy," Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be all over me! |

Shortly before the arrest, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray and Millburn Police Chief Gregory G. Weber announced warrants had been issued for his arrest. According to the Prosecutor's Office, on June 21, the suspect forcibly entered the woman’s Cypress Street home at approximately 10 a.m., where the mother was with two young children. He assaulted the woman, including throwing her down the basement stairs. A portion of the attack was captured on the family’s home video. Custis is charged with first degree attempted murder in connection with the June 21 assault on the Millburn mother. He is also charged with first degree robbery, 2nd degree burglary and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The suspect is considered dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to contact 911 or the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office tips line at 1-877-847-7432. The Honorable Judge Thomas Moore, J.S.C., has set bail at $750,000.  · |

He cut through a gated community? How is that possible? I'm not saying you are wrong, but can you provide me with a link to that information so I can read it for myself? Also, as far as racial slurs, they're inappropriate but we don't give people the death penalty for that. And the defense is making such a big deal about the witness not reading cursive. Why does that make her a bad witness?
