I have read where pedophiles in prison all watch the same channel and shout comments to each other about the children, even babies on television, on commercials like a fuckin party. Terrible thought but if the parents thought their neighbors to be good caretakers for their children (and frankly they look somewhat mentally retarded), what does that say about what the parents' "issues" may be -- as in brain function and parenting abilities. Some people should not be allowed to breed.
