I know but even the limit could kill a person...I was pointing out that if this happened on the highway, it could of easily have happened near a school...and it has happened

yeah but she was stupid enough to drive 80 mph and text which she knew was dangerous. So I wouldn't put driving 80mph through a school zone past her. |
