Any kind of half decent place would have given him SOMETHING for putting him through the health hazard of eating raw fast food hamburger.

Honestly, in this country, this type of thing is something someone would sue over, no matter how petty it may seem. They will say it was a health hazard, and they'd be correct. I wouldn't necessarily trust that the raw meat hadn't come into contact with the rest of my order, so why would I risk it? Of course he threw it out.

This guy was calm at first, but she also had an attitude with him and they escalated and played off of each other. If I were her, I would have fully refunded, or called my manager so she could come back to the window with an answer of,
"I'm sorry sir it's our policy, and disobeying my manager would put my job in jeopardy."

Something along those lines. This whole thing could have been much simpler and less hostile. Sheesh.

Seriously! I mean they gave my sister two coupons for free burgers and stuff just because they felt they took too long to get her her order. Good lord.

It happens when too many patties are cooked on the grill at once. I used to work at maccas back in my high school days, though its easy to see when the meats not cooked properly.

A lot of places will try to offer me free stuff if they mess up an order or even take too long, even if I didn't ask for it or complain at all.
I don't even know how many times I went through a drivethrough, got down the road and found they'd forgotten my burger or something...... I go back and tell them and its always " sorry here's your burger" , plus an extra for the inconvenience.

i'm glad he didn't completely shit all over her - but i don't know if he necessarily needed to record it. i'm tired of all these assholes who film themselves shitting all over the people behind the counter. i agree with her on this - refund for items returned.
