Lady Killed Falling Head First into Meat Grinder

She looks a little porky / big boned (see picture). Not surprising the machine made enough noise to attract attention. They said they don't know how she fell in the machine, maybe no security cams and she was pushed or jumped in.

"The Pennsylvania factory worker killed instantly in a freak accident with a commercial meat grinder has been identified, officials said.
Jill Greninger, 35, was operating the machine Monday at the Economy Locker Storage Co. in Pennsdale when she either fell or was pulled into the device, the Lycoming County Coroner’s Office said.
Her cause of death was listed as massive trauma.
Greninger was operating the grinder from a rolling ladder about 6 feet above the machine, but there were no witnesses to determine what led to the fatal incident, Penn Live reported.
Another employee reportedly discovered the woman inside the grinder after hearing the grinder make an unusual sound.
Emergency responders were called and spent 45 minutes extracting her body. She was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
“This was a horrible accident,” Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr. told the Williamsport Sun-Gazette.
Greninger had worked for the plant since 2014 and lived in nearby Williamsport, about 12 miles from the factory, according to her social media accounts.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration opened an investigation into her death."
