Re: James Cameron Dives to Deepest Ocean Point

This guy made the quality film The Abyss. he is a good director and guess what? How many people were employed in this project?

Stop hating on rich people, they make the world go round whether you like it or not.
In the news: Rich guy goes down to the deepest point in the ocean.

and whether you like it or not, a regular joe could never do this.

So I don't see the big deal.

And it's not rich people that make the world go around. It's the proletariats that work for them and make them the money.

Re: James Cameron Dives to Deepest Ocean Point

I wonder what the pressure is down there
Its body is made up of syntactic foam, a composite material that will shrink by 2.5 inches during the dive, due to the crushing water pressure of 16,000 pounds per square inch at the bottom—akin to 8,000 elephants standing on a Mini Cooper car.

Eight tons per square inch!

About the same as four sedans all balanced your big toe.
