He wasn't dead. Arrested back in the US on terrorist charges. Apparently he was in cohos with Al-Qaeda...just as I thought....

^Yep, I heard the ass end of some report, (CNN maybe?) talking about how he was arrested when he landed in Washington DC. The feds had been looking for him. He had been in the Army, was discharged, and joined up with the Al-Qaeda group as part of their RPG team.
