I understand where dad is coming from and he's right any donations made should instead go to terminally ill patients. Let them pay for their own trip. I don't think he's being cruel. better yet, the donations could go to a family that needs the money for chemo or meds.

Bless the poor little girl, she deserves a magical trip to help her become a happy soul again after what she's been through. If she qualifies for the trip, she should have been allowed to go. Bizarre of the father but maybe he has other plans?
