He has two ex-wives? Is the child support he owes from his time in prison? Or was he behind already when he went to prison?

It seems a little odd that the wife can be entitled retroactively to this money that he received in the settlement. They are counting it as if he earned it as wages during his time in prison? However, it's such a small percentage of what he got that he should just drop it before he hands over even more than that to his lawyer.

I'm mostly concerned about the kids having to grow up without a father, and the shame that comes from having a parent in prison.
I'm not too fond of people who dodge child support, though...

Good point. But what I don't get is if he was behind on child support before he went to prison or if he was behind because he was in prison. I think they can earn like 20 cents an hour there.
