now if only they could figure out what happened, reverse the process and apply it to the human race. it would solve the world population problem because how many parents would be willing to constantly sit on an egg for nine months keeping it warmed and rotated regularly until it hatched? that or else it would help the problem of unemployment as people would be taking jobs as egg sitters.
