The RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is a UK based animal welfare charity. Eumundi-Noosa Road is not in the UK....

I did a search and it appears that road is in Queensland, Australia. They do have the RSPCA in Queensland. Horrible story, but sadly it does happen. |

I've seen this happen to a few stray dogs and cats in a neighborhood where cars would zipp by even if kids where in the street like it was nothing. I hate the idea of seeing pets outside where they could get hurt. There where a few times my indoor only cat escaped outside and i became utterly frantic spending hours walking around worrying the worst had happened. if there was other strays though especially the ones who gave birth to kittens I'd round them up and take em to the local no kill shelter so that even if the mom was feral, the kittens might still have a chance of getting a good home and survive. There is a special hell for people who dump animals like this. |
