I've often wondered what would happen once a rougue Artificially Intelligence Computer System gets online. It's going to download and learn everything... haha we're fucked. But I'm sure we'll try and stop them from 'connecting'... like China. Then we'll have some computer rights groups

I think it was in 91' that the worldwide nuclear-explosion-test counter reached 2000, mostly by the USA and Russia. They obviously have more than 100 warheads now, each, don't you think?

We're forgetting China here. Hence the MAD agreement. So many weapons going off, even the small ones would create such a different world both politically and economically that you'll be hard-pressed to not find similarities between Fallout games and real life.
