This woman has actually been found not guilty.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- A woman accused of mutilating and killing her newborn son in San Antonio last year has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Attorneys for Otty Sanchez had entered the plea Thursday as part of a deal with prosecutors that would allow the mother to be committed to a state mental institution, rather than face trial and possible prison sentence.

The 33-year-old San Antonio woman was charged with capital murder in the death of Scott Wesley Buchholz-Sanchez. The baby was six days old when the mother's sister called 911. Authorities found the baby's mutilated body, with Sanchez wailing that the devil had made her do it.

Sanchez was found competent for trial, but examinations by three separate doctors determined she was legally insane when she killed her son.

Thats crazy!! When my son was an infant and I would get really irraited I would just lay him down and walk outside and smoke a cigarette to cool off. People need to learn how to deal with the stress of having a kid instead of killing them

That is the scariest shit I've ever heard of! Can you imagine going nuts and hurting your own baby like that?! I'd've probably commited suicide after something like that! I always worried about my sister and post pardom depression. The main reason I didn't mind helping to raise my nephew and niece! If I was there, I would be able to watch over them. I refuse to bring a child into this world. Please, SUPPORT your women during this time! Whether we admit it or not, we REEEEAAAALLY NEED your help!!!!
