Do some research and you will clearly see how it's done. A lot of it has to do with balance that is underdeveloped since we don't tend to get into the squat position much in The West. Many, especially rural, Asians squat quite easily well into their 80's because it is a traditional way of 'sitting' and they do it all the time without giving it any thought. My legs and butt are like iron. |

LOL! Thats a box squat son, the first in the step of learning how to squat. DOnt give me this trinity squat horsecrap. Back squat has olympic variations and powerlifting variations. Then there is the front squat. Both of these squats are the foundation of getting a good strong posterior chain and with the front squat, good abdominal strength and balance. |
