Agreed... But I think the guy has done that so many times he knows exactly where to hit. And the drunk was so plastered he couldn't even protect himself. That concussion from the concrete didn't do him any good either.

Don, it's not about right and wrong. Sure he took it back. But why start shit like that in the first place and then stand there? I have said shit I shouldn't have but I sure didn't hang around while they thought about kicking my ass. Just walk away. Ya the guy was a meany... So moral of the story... don't get drunk and talk shit to meanies... And then stand around and wait for them to hurt you. If you must get shit faced.... don't talk shit. If you must do one and two then walk away real fast. If you do the first two and not the last part about walking away... You're gonna get hurt.
