The video was kind of dark for me, was the attacker wearing any shoes  . Carma should have stepped in and had the attacker run into a lamp post as he turned around to to spot the cops while running away, causing him to visit the twi-light zone for 2 weeks and then waking up to a lifetime of migraine headaches 1zhelp or perhaps paralysis. There's more than one way to step into someone else's shoes.
