There's no doubt that the bully was doing things that had been done to him, at home, or boarding school possibly, or elsewhere. There seems to be a need to pass that kind of shit along. Some of the most prestigious boarding schools in the world have the children of wealthy russians attending, and they are well known for their shit-ass behavior, which includes beatings, sexual torture, sexual humiliation, ad nauseum.
