Yeah that cop was out of line, and not using common sense. The kid shouldn't have laughed in front of him and skated away, walk. Thats what he was busting you for in the first place. Cops in general, were kids that were disrespected and picked on, they absolutely hate to be ignored now that they have a badge. This cop had no right to swear at the citizen youth, and lose his cool. This is why so many cops get shot, they abuse their power and go overboard. They betray public trust when incidents like these occur.
