This video has made the rounds before. These kids were skating in the plaza at the federal building in San Francisco, California and the cops are with the Federal Protective Service, who are pretty much responsible for the security of all federal buildings. These dickhead skaters were told about 3 times to fuck off, so I think they're lucky that they didn't get their balls smashed.
