Really doesn't matter because MacDonalds (And fast food places that are open all night in GENERAL) attract shitty people.... Why wouldn't he use a weapon on them if they attacked? If someone jumped over the counter and attacked me I would use necessary force against them. Not that I would grab a weapon, mind you i work at a pizza place... I'd throw them in the oven that was behind the counter... =P
