I agree with her keeping her job also; he had his face in her face and had her backed up against a wall, and is clearly much bigger and physically fitter. It's actually not even a reaction that you think about, you often instinctively do it. I remember a conflict I had with a guy in high school and when I brushed by him in the halls I'd instinctively shoved him away; I had little control over it.
