I teach in the inner-city. This is "normal" behavior. Notice the building structure (obviously public housing), notice the girls have their nails (60-100$) and hair (extensions, treatments, etc, 100-120$) done. When is the last time these people bought a book? My students are still stuck on "the white devil" as the cause for their issues. People creating babies and no parents.
