Re: Jodie Edwards' 911 Call After Leaving Baby in Hot Car
How is she so calm?? I would be hysterical screaming and crying...I think I would kill myself if I were her.

I bet she will be traumatized forever! That has to be devastating.

It was intentional. Unless you have an illness affecting your memory you won't just leave your daughter to die in the car. On top of that she was speaking as if nothing had happened.

Re: Jodie Edwards' 911 Call After Leaving Baby in Hot Car
Maybe she was just in shock? I recall when a family member died, my grandmother was so shocked that she didn't have any kind of tone... just a flat "He's dead".

Re: Jodie Edwards' 911 Call After Leaving Baby in Hot Car
There seems to be very little emotion in her voice - which scares the hell out of me ... I would be absolutely frantic ... In fact I just wouldn't be that thick in the first place !!! How the hell can you 'forget' all about your child?

Re: Jodie Edwards' 911 Call After Leaving Baby in Hot Car
She should at the very least have been charged with negligence. She didn't sound that bothered at all. I don't believe the 'in shock' theory. Sorry, forget for a few minutes maybe, but EIGHT hours??? That poor kid has basically died for absolutely nothing. Mum got away with it scot free.
