The deployer is completely stupid. What the hell they should have sent an officer the first time! You hear Gunshots on the phone what do you do? Ignore the damn call? jesus christ. And all the questions they are asking; oh my god, her mother just died give her a break!

Those dispatchers are of no help whatsoever. I know they have to try and remain detached and not get emotionally involved, but for Christ's sake why the need to repeat everything the caller has said about 12 times back to them?
