the only flaw to this plan is that you have to pretend you give a shit about pantera. you have to pretend you like the asshole, dedicated fans that are spending their night getting fucked up on this guy's grave.
they do stupid shit like kneel near his headstone and say a fucking prayer. sometimes a group of them will do it at once. "i'm not fucking doing that," is what i tell them.

When my grandmother told me that he had died, as I was 'x-mas' shopping, I certainly didn't want to believe her. I soon found out it was true. I personally know a few cats that had/have no respect for his talent. That didn't stop me from crying and screaming like a little bitch in public that day. (In the fucking mall.) Reading some of the comments on here has really brought down my impression of people these days. This was one of the last true rock stars. I know that you, the 'haters', (not my word, but the best one to use;) would not have explored his talent and realized his legacy, but it still hurts to hear/read people putting him down in this way. This man was not a "drunken rocker" or what have you, he was an important piece of rock'n'roll history, one of the few with the balls and gumption(?) to practice, work, and live his dream so that we could experience the outcome vicariously through his beautiful work. He was not only incredibly talented, but he also worked hard to make us feel. That's prob'ly more than you fucks can say for yourselves. To everyone that put him down here, FUCK YOU.
