I completely agree. Abuse of 911 should be enforced more often and with harsher punishments to avoid things like this.

On the same hand, 911 operators should also face harsher punishments for being rude/condescending to someone in what could be their final moments, and hanging up on callers when they are flustered with adrenaline that they may be screaming/upset with fear or pain, and not be very audible.

this 911 dispatcher was hilarious and i would absolutely love to hear more calls like this, as there are no shortage of idiots out there lol
