This 911 and emergency personnel are morons. Instead of asking of those stupid questions they need to get there and tey to help that poor creature. It is so frustrating! "Don't touch him, just make sure it keeps breathing" Really???
You're the stupid one.

If anyone had touched the baby without knowing basic medical procedures the babies skin would come off.

Believe me, you don't put a cloth, towel or hand on burnt skin. It literally makes the skin and muscle/flesh slide off. There are very specific steps that need to be taken.

Wise up.
