TBH His entry into art school was entirely bad luck. His style was just not "a la mode" at the time. Other than that he's an excellent architectural artist, landscape artist, and his portraits are very nice too. I don't see where critics come from saying his shit is "emotionless". Half of the horse dung called "art" today is worse than this. Hitty was just glossed over because of a shitty resume and the public's desire for dada art.

The 5th pic in the original post was the basis for a painting called "The Face of Evil." An ex of mine had a book containing that painting, which was done to a life-size scale. One day she called me in the room, and when I walked in she was holding the book up and facing me. My first reaction was, "Holy shit! Look out! Hitler's back!" It's a good thing I didn't have my gun on me at the time, because I think I may have shot her through the book by accident. It was a pretty close call. And the pic of the hot blonde in the SS gear reminds me of a song by Stephen Lynch...
