Re: Wheelie on the Road Ends Abruptly

Did anyone else notice, his back light was only working when he was vertical, the driver had no chance of seeing him when he dropped the bike back down !
Not the back light. it was his brake light working.

They were showing off in the streets, the car was also showing off that he was not intimidated by motorcycles in the fast lane.

Re: Wheelie on the Road Ends Abruptly

The anti bike sentiment here is staggering.

Facts: when operating a motorized vehicle, at any time you must have full control over your vehicle. You must adapt your driving so that you can always stop within your range of sight. You also must keep enough distance to the vehicle in front of you that you can reliably stop even if this vehicle is suddenly breaked.

Thus the car driver is completely culpable. In terms of damages he might share cost with the bike driver or his estate, but in criminal terms he is guilty, guilty, guilty.

I think he knows he is guilty because i think he deliberately did that.
