Very bad driving skills, yes, but they don't teach how to control a sliding vehicle in the driving school. If you respect the rules, you don't have to be a rally driver (it's useful though).

In the UK as well as your usual driving course, you can take a more advanced test which you have to pay for. It includes techniques on how to recover from loss of control, understeer, oversteer, skids, aquaplaning etc. Skid pan and all that. Once passed your insurance premium drops by roughly 30% (depending on insurance company) |

he seems to be a bit too well composed for guy who just experienced such a bad crash.. ..even remembering to turn of the engine and remove the cam/?
