Personally I dont consider the truck driver a prick. He was keeping distance from the truck in front then the douche Prius driver decides that is a great place to merge into, what a fuck wad  |

In my state the truck would've had right of way. There are two different give way rules for merging. 1. On roads where there are lanes marked on the road, if your lane comes to an end, you must give way to traffic already in the lane you are moving to. 2. On roads where there are no lanes marked on the road, when lines of traffic merge, you must give way to any vehicle that is ahead of you. |

Don't understand how the trucker was a prick. He didn't do anything wrong. Doesn't take a genius to figure out a fucking truck is not going to slow down at the drop of a dime to allow a shit Prius driver to merge like any other car could.
