Or the other driver could have been drunk, on drugs, or just not paying attention to the road at all. Doesnt mean they were actually trying to commit suicide, it is more likely the driver doesnt give a crap to drive safe and realize human beings are driving on the roadways with him and it's everyones job to be safe cautious drivers.

Oh, that too! My husband lived in Japan and when he'd come out to visit me in the states, I'd always have to remind him he is getting into the wrong sides of the roadways. I am just glad I had moved out in the country and have little traffic as opposed to living in NJ where roads were always busy.
