For some unexplainable reason american troopers think it is OK to pull someone over and give them a ticket for doing 5 miles over the speed limit. The officer is endangering the rest of the public on the motorway, just to collect a few dollars. If I had my way they would get the ticket for slowing traffic and causing a distraction. If the offender is doing something really bad then escort them off the highway and give them a ticket.

you know what....you 100% right. to many accidents because of the distractions, I am a trucker by trade so I see alot of them too.
