The owner shouldn't be running blindly across the street, especially at a point where there is no crosswalk. WTF  You dont just run across and think every vehicle will stop for your ass. Blame is on the pedestrian 100%. I hate those kinds of assholes. But everyone is blaming the dash cam driver.  |
