Young Woman Passes Out in the Street and Gets Run Over
Brazil- A teenager died of being run over in the early hours of Thursday (13). The accident happened at the intersection of the Turiano Meira lane and Brasília Avenue, Santíssimo neighborhood, in Santarém, west of Pará. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called around 2:50 a.m., by popular to help the teenager who had been run over. According to information from the nurse and coordinator of Samu, Joziel Colares, the teenager was still intubated in the ambulance and sent to the stabilization room of the Municipal Emergency Room (PSM). The victim arrived alive at the PSM. The medical team on duty performed all the necessary procedures to save the teenager, but she could not resist the injuries and died in the operating room. A friend of the teenager informed the nurses of Samu, that minutes before the accident the victim had argued with her mother by phone. Thank you Simone for your contribution. |
