A 22-year-old woman, Alisa, committed suicide by jumping from her apartment building.

Alisa ran a moderately popular Telegram channel, where she called herself the "Femcel Queen". She was deeply insecure about her appearance, considering herself hideous and noting how men were unwilling to engage in sex with her. A few days before her death, she posted a video of her standing on a window ledge.

Friends have noted that Alisa also suffered from severe health issues, perhaps a complication of an eating disorder. According to one friend, "she was coughing up blood, and her internal organs were essentially disintegrating". However, feeling ashamed, Alisa refused to see a doctor over it.
