You have to assume all people are idiots until they prove otherwise. Use the isolator before undertaking such tasks to prevent morons from doing this. Thats why lockouts and isolators were invented. |

That definitely seemed intentional. The lady could have simply turned it off again, but she walked the opposite way and seemed like to act "shocked". But that's just my opinion, maybe it truly was an accident, but to me she did the opposite of what a reasonable person would do..

While it appears at face value to be intentional, I don’t think it was. If you look at the machine on the far left you can see that these mixers raise up so you can access the underside. It seems more plausible to me that the victim asked the other lady to come over and raise the machine for her. Wanting to be helpful, she obliged and pushed the wrong button. |
