It’s one thing to die from your own stupidity but another to die from someone else’s. There was no reason whatsoever to turn the machine on at that moment. Was it a “what does this button do?” moment, or was she trying to scare her colleague and it went wrong? She’s got to live with that for the rest of her life. |

They should add to their cleaning protocol: 1.- Disconnect power supply to all machines before start to clean.
