Usually such accidents are caused when the other idiot who turns it on is remote, and doesnt know the victim is close to the machine. Here, the machine was turned on with the victim in full view. Just plain stupid and careless. I have had crispy critter cases where the victim was working on lighting circuits several miles from the fuse box that did not have the lock out properly in place. Along comes the worker coming to shift change, flips the switch, and toasts the guy 2 miles away. (Yep, you guessed it ... airport lighting accidents.) Not the case in this one. It looked like the supervisor was going to beat the switcher lady. |

Pretty close ... wonder if the victim was doing the other one's husband? If so, this accident was so stupid that she might get away with murder.
