Don't think it's fair to accuse the driver of not trying to slow down, looks like he did, and plus it seemed like he tried to save her life with CPR after that. I recognized him holding out his hand like we were trained to do in CPR to tell people to back up and call the paramedics.

It also looks like she may have actually walked in front on purpose, not sure. Anyone got the story on that?
