That’s why they empty all disused underground fuel tanks and fill them with polystyrene and cement mix, to push out the fuel vapours. Looked to have blown the end off that left hand tank. Just how dumb do you have to be, to put a cutting torch on ... Oh wait, it’s Russia.  |
