Hi guys! I'm looking for a video from Bosnia/Serbia/Kosovo. Some Serbs, I think, are shooting the treetops in a forest with flak/anti-air, so the shells explode on impact only to rain down on some refugees trying to hide in the forest.

Okay, I need help identifying a serial killer.

It's been ages since I saw the story, so I cannot recall the guys name to save my ass. But the story was the he kidnapped, raped, tortured women while recording it all. There was a video of one of his victims that was either on here or another site right before he killed her. It doesn't show the death, but shows him telling her she's going to to die and that if she had anything she wanted to say, then to say it.

He was also an African-American man. It went on to say that they had to get counseling for the law enforcement who watched the videos because they were so brutal. They went on to talk about how what he did to these girls was the worst things that they had ever seen, etc.

But, anyway, I am sure someone knows of who I am referring to. I tried searching, but all I have to do on is that he is black and that doesn't help me much, haha.

Also, if someone knows of any videos of this, then please let me know.

Unlikely. From what I understand of it, the tape was actually destroyed after the trial. I have never seen it, and I have never heard of anybody outside of the investigation seeing it.

Plus, the crime was like twelve years ago. I think it would be ut by now if it was going to show at all.
