So many things at fault for this death. The white sedan, his own response to being overtaken by the green truck, his faulty evasive maneuvers centering him with the frame of the lead vehicle, and the design of his own vehicle’s interior. I thought we largely got rid of horizontal chest level steering wheels and columns decades ago, those are deathtraps even at low speeds. Then he drove with his ass to his elbows in a cabin full of trash. He was basically baiting death.

Surprised he couldnt brake in time going 44km/h. That's not really fast. Vision doesnt look obscured so he must have seen the truck from some distance away. Thinking it was brake failure but he didnt seem to panic before impact. Very strange.
