Wow! he was whipped around the truck and the car that hit him kept going uninjured. Well it looks like a black car it was hit him or went under him not sure. I cant believe myself that people just kept driving by I think they stopped to look and were in shock. I hope someone @ least called the cops n ambulance from a cell phone. However in the last few secs of the video it seems a white mini van stops so I hope those people got out. If I saw that happen I would get out call for help and stay with the person.
