WOW!! Clearly NOT from Toronto!!! (well...maybe outside of Toronto) Jane and Wilson, as well as Jane and Finch have some serious problems, but I have to say that things like this are pretty uncommon, statistically. The "bad" kids kids up here (White, Black, Asian, Somali... etc.) love shooting generally like one another

By the way, the kids have accents from the Caribbean accents. Canada, (especially Toronto) has some of the largest West Indian emigration populous. Not too much of the American style accent/culture....more of an 'island thing'.

I live in Toronto, Yes these are bycicle cops for first response before a vehicle arrives. Most of them were infantry at one point and are good at their police work. Donb is correct, but we emphasize that this area is nothing like americas "bad" areas. This is probobly the worst thing alot of these people have seen.
