Right, you are an idiot. The only time an officer can shoot another man is when he pulls a gun? Since when is that the law? The perp was weidling a 2000 lb weapon called an automobile. You need to disable that weapon before it runs over someone innocent.

Ofcourse, another idiot that doesn't like crime being prevented. You guys prefer that the criminal runs over a few innocent people before he gets his Cable Tv and 3 meals a day on your tax dollars?
