The guy in the car tried running the cop over, so he jumped on the car and shot him. Self defense is justified. Criminal scum deserves to die, he had every intent to kill the police officer.

Look, He stole a vehicle... He is never getting away.... He will go down.... The choice is his as to how that happens. He could of just pulled over and surrendered and gone to jail. It's not cool to take someone elses ride. You want wheels, you work for it and pay for it and it's yours. Do it the easy way and die the hard way.
